So frustrated and disappointed in Silestone. Read the limited warranty before buying from Cosentino - they brag a 25 year warranty but it doesn't cover anything. Better yet buy another product somewhere else. I have two 6" cracks on the corner of my quartz. I can't get Kat fabricators, Home Depot or Cosentino to fix the countertops.

I came to this location and I was very impressed with the show room. There were many displays and the service was outstanding. They were very helpful and patient with all my questions. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like this company went above and beyond my expectations.
I am very disappointed with this distributer. I bought silestone countertops for my kitchen island and my kitchen counters. Less than 2 years later there is a 12 inch crack in the island and numerous chips along the counters. I bought this product instead of any other for its durability. The fabricator who installed the product stated that they will replace the island but not the counters which were chipped. She also says we have to pay her for the install again. I would not buy from this distributer. I have marble and a synthetic made made quartz product from Dal Tile also which has never chipped or cracked. Also it took them almost 11 months to respond.
