Maria does a great job with both my dog (Sheltie) and my long-haired cat! They are usually in and out in 2 hours or less. Our cat is 13 and has never liked being groomed, but she likes Maria Becerra!
I have known Lois for quite some time and she was always there for us and our dog Jazzy. We are now bringing Obi and he is loving Lois just as much! He leaves Flo's looking amazing and wagging his tail. Besides how great he looks, I think he also likes the treats. Thanks Lois!!
I went here with my puppy. It was his first time getting groomed. Maria was his stylist. She said she could only do a partial grooming since he wouldn't let her do more. That was fine but I really didn't like the way he looked afterward. I guess it was because she couldn't do more. Maria was very nice. I had a little bit of a hard time understanding her since she had a thick Spanish accent. They crate your dog after the cut until you pick up. I'm not sure if I will try this place again or try some place new.
I take my dog there last week end they give me back in very bad conditions she was screech all over from the razor , the nails bleeding and she has a scar down one leg. When I arrive they told me that she had an allergic reaction and for that reason she was red. She looks cute and I even said that I was happy how cute she looked. I didnt realize how bad she was until I arrive at home. She was terrible. I take my dog in different salons before but this Is the first time that I have a such a bad experience. I dont raccomand to anyone
