If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally was going to Greenbox but they opened an hour later so the guy here talks me into it. Greenbox was offering first month free, Lodo was offering no special and extremely high rates compared to other storage facilities. I specifically asked the guy what if I don’t stay the entire month and he assured me they would pro rate the amount. So a week later (I just moved back to Denver from out of state) I move my stuff out and I’m told “I never would have said that” umm yeah ya did! Then to top it off they charge a $15 refundable deposit that they can’t even refund to your card, they mail you a check? Really?? Take your business elsewhere!
The utter stupidity of asking someone to wear a mask outside in the bright sunshine with nobody around to supposedly protect people from something that happens every year and has a survival rate of over 99% Boggles the mind.
This place was great for a while and then for no reason they kept putting a red lock on the storage locker. We were on auto payment and they admitted it was their fault but it still continued to happen. After the third time of us having to wait for their staff for an hour, we decided to move. They didn’t do anything to rectify the situation after multiple asks.
Returned a Penske rental truck which I have done over a dozen times. Filled it up with diesel at the gas station less than a mile away. Then I was sent a bill for $88 saying it was 11 gallons short?? When I called the district office to let them know they said it was my word against there’s. They also said maybe I didn’t top it off by pulling the handle out while filling? I filled it till it wouldn’t let me anymore and there saying it was 11 gallons short?? I guess this is a scam they pull on customers who have no clue, and they can get away with it. Even Penske doesn’t care
