Was able to schedule a same day appointment for my son with what we thought was a broken tooth. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. We were given multiple options on how we could handle the tooth - I appreciated that we got to be a part of deciding which treatment was best for my ten year old.

Locally owned and honest. They are very helpful and answered all questions I had. Both my wife and I had a great experience and felt welcome being our 1st visit. Glad to have found a new dentist for our family! Highly recommended.

Had a new patient exam with Dr. Tran. He was very informative, gentle and had good bed side manor. Needed a crown on a root canal treated tooth. Dr. Tran was able to save tooth structure while maintaining the strength of the tooth with an onlay. Since the tooth was root canal treated, he suggested on trying the procedure without numbing. I didnt feel a thing! He worked so fast and was able to use a scanner to scan my tooth and send it to a machine to make my onlay the same day!! I was out within two short hours with a smooth feeling and beautiful tooth! A+ work to Dr. Tran and his staff. Looking forward to coming to this office again!!!

I call at 7am to let them know I was there. The last says "oh come in we're ready for you". I walk in and stand there for a second looking around. The last at the desk says, "have a seat, they'll be right out". Okay,...? Takes just a min or 2 for someone to come get me. I go back to the room, tell them I have 2 broken teeth ( already told them when I made appt) and one that doesn't hurt but is sensitive when I bite down on it. They take x-rays. I can see an in section on the tooth that is bothering me, the dentist sees and agrees. Tells me 3 times how much pain I'm in, told her 4 times I'm not in pain. She gave pain meds anyway and said I need 2 of my teeth pulled and walked out. I walk out to the lobby ready to make appt. and pay. I stand there while assistant and dentist both explain to this same lady at the front desk. She then starts telling me sorry the printers not working right and she has to write some things. She also proceeds to answer the phone several times and instead of placing folks on hold and finish up with me, she talks to them. Finally after like 6 or 7 mins of her goofing around, she asks if I want to make an appt. I say yes I would. Then she states I need to wear a mask if I want to make a new appt. I just told her I've been standing here the whole time and now your not going to give me the appt. I need because of a mask? She said yes. She gave me the wrong receipt also and I had to correct her. This is not my first I counter with this incompetent lady, every time I go in there she is messing something up. Anyway, she dismisses me as a patient. I called to speak to the office mgr later on and she did not even want to hear me. So I just said they just lost me and my family, ( 5 others) as patients. Point is, I was there the whole time no mask, only after she took my card for payment did she say something. Also, We called prior to all of this to make sure the mask thing wasn't going to be an issue. Husband also just had a recent appt. And they let him, He is a white male. So what's up with that? The lady at the desk is a huge problem of today's society. Fallowing mandates blindly with absolutely no evidence. She was literally yelling at me telling me to get out, and I just said give me my new receipt and I'll leave. But she kept telling as if that's a good alternative to just giving me the receipt and letting me be on my way. *RE: That office lady threatened me, yelled at me to get out, refused to give me my receipt, among a list of other things, that is just too much to explain here. She kept me there, yelling at me to get out, when she could've just given me my receipt and I would've been on my way. I told her to give me my receipt, and I'll leave. And then she said "I'm dismissing you as our patient". I asked "are you serious and sure you want to do that"? I then said she would be loosing a whole family. I called you, Tammy, office manager, and not only did you not even ask what happened, you agreed with her dismissal. I then reiterate to you that you will be loosing a whole family. So, your lying. And again we did call you all and asked about the masks prior to all of this, you all said it would be no problem.

Everyone on staff is fantastic, they’re all very friendly and professional. I don’t have insurance and so pay cash, and they are very good working with me. I broke a tooth last week and their COVID safety practices are top notch. All in all, they’re my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to.
