David Burdine performed a subdivision plat survey for purchase of a small parcel of land from my neighbor. I received an exceptionally high level of service. To hold the schedule Burdine performed the physical survey during bad weather conditions. What really proved valuable was David graciously accepted my many (frantic) phone calls asking for guidance during the deeding and recording process with Arnold / JeffCo, Although outside the scope of their agreement, David promptly assisted and there was never a trace of frustration in his voice. I've had no prior association with Burdine & Associates and truly recommend their service.
